I love this bag so much! I was skeptical about how cheap it is, but it feels really good. I have the powder blue and I really like the brown interior for contrast, I just wish it had some sort of back padding like the straps. The straps are very comfortable, soft and easy to adjust. I will say that the zip tabs around the metal zip even with the odd number 11 around it are cheap plastic. I immediately took it off and put on better pull tabs, but other than that I love the bag and have no complaints. I had a $60 Kensington bag that was torn and almost carried out of my pocket! This bad one doesn't seem to have any loose threads or weak points. Going from that Kensington case with no water bottle pocket to this case with 4 (two inside and two outside) was a game changer. I love how many pockets it has and how easy it is to store everything neatly. To be honest I was so happy to find such a small bag because usually backpacks are 17 inches tall or more which is too much for me, this bag is perfect!
