Purchased this item after reading the reviews. I needed a new bright light for my small kitchen. This product arrived in a very small box and I immediately knew it was going to be too small. We installed it easily enough, but the instructions were in broken Chinese. Once we had the light installed we noticed that the ends of the light weren't hanging well. I realized that we need to drill those cheap plastic connectors out of the bracket and drill a hole in the ceiling to hold the ends of the bracket. No way! I was immediately disappointed when I saw the box and there were no returns and the product should be designed in such a way that you don't have to drill additional holes in the ceiling.
