So I know you're always going to run into some detail issues and issues, but what I really liked about this one is that it had enough footage for 4 different takes if that's required. So I'm trying to set up my 3 tanks with this air hose and check valves and find that 3 of the 4 check valves are broken. In all the 25 years that I've bought check valves, I've never bought a bad one. I've had them crack and break over time after a few years of use, but I've never bought a defective one out of the box. 3 defective check valves! They didn't let any air through at all. It's like someone put glue or something right in the middle where the air has to go. I've even tried blowing 50psi compressed air through them and I have one that fizzes a little. Before someone thinks well, you have to steer them in the right direction. Yes, there is only one passage for air, and they're even labeled, but they're sealed. I bought it based on the great reviews but never thought I would end up with a bunch of broken parts in my setup. The air hose was great along with the flow control valves which are really handy. Even air stones have been found useful for modifying some of the sponge filters. I just thought it would save me a few bucks, but after that mishap I had to run to my local pet store to buy check valves.
