I purchased this case and for some reason was defective. The places that fold became loose and would not hold position. I wrote a review that was mostly negative. After purchase I was contacted by the seller and advised the case must be defective. The seller said they were sending me a new case at no charge and not to return the older one. I received the new case and it is tight and works great. I have to say this is great customer service. This is the reason I am posting 5 stars. You seldom have a seller that that while go the extra mile. I would recommend this product on both the case and the seller.
