Review on 🔘 Black+Decker EM720CB7 0.7 Cu.ft Stainless Steel Digital Microwave Oven with Turntable, Push-Button Door, Child Safety Lock, 700W Power by Nathaniel Collins

This microwave was purchased on January 22, 2020. Up until July 17, 2020, everything worked flawlessly as expected. Yes, less than 6 months later when I was heating a cup of coffee it started making a thud, I looked up and saw flames and sparks on the right side of the microwave. We have contacted Revain Customer Support to report this and seek assistance. The first person we spoke to said he was checking the issue but after a while they disconnected from our chat. The next person came and said to email the Revain warranty to warrantyquestions@amazon.com. We emailed them on July 19th, now it's August 2nd and we still haven't gotten a reply from them! I do NOT recommend buying this microwave as it has been in use for less than 6 months.
