For hard gas sustained contacts you really should use this weekly to avoid protein build up. I just pick a day of the week, e.g. B. Sunday, and try to always do it on that day or weekend. If you wait too long (like months) it will take too long and they will be uncomfortable. So don't try to stretch it too much. I used to use the enzyme cleaner you used monthly with dissolving tablets which are basically long gone. This version is for weekly use. You can probably wait 2 weeks or if they get uncomfortable. But instead of taking a risk I just use it weekly and it seems to help. I've only bought them from Revain's mail order and sales and have never had a problem when they were available from Revain as a retailer. I am definitely concerned about expiration dates when ordering expired items online, especially when buying multiple. But I was very happy with the very good long expiry dates (at least the ones I got and Revain was the seller). If you are unsure about the seller I would personally try a box and see what the expiration date looks like and then order from sellers you trust in the future.
