This replacement lamp gives a beautiful blue light. I combined it with white light and was satisfied with the optics. On its own it's too blue for my liking and the aquarium looks fake. It's easy to install and luckily the LEDs aren't too bright. No bracket is supplied and I think the description could be a bit clearer on that point. According to the creatures, it works fine and I hope to enjoy the energy saving. I liked the ease of installation and am satisfied with its work. Unlike fluorescent lamps, there is no flicker. The light is even and makes the aquarium attractive.
