I've been using these on my phone, headphones and tablet for a few months now. They work great, no complaints at all. I've had quite a few people asking about "failed ports" on my devices (including a phone mechanic who replaced my battery regardless of usage) and they were all impressed with the concept. long side, so it can sag or lose its magnetic connection in some positions. I don't have any Apple products, but apparently Lightning is also supported. My needs are mostly related to charging and I haven't had any issues with that. I also tried using data cables and adapters for fun and that worked too, but not without a bit of experimentation. While cables and adapters are designed to charge in both directions, it seemed like data would only work in one direction. I'm not sure if the problem was with my cables and adapters or with the jack on my tablet. As a result, the data still worked. If you're using an adapter you'll need a good quality data cable behind it as some of my cables don't transfer data reliably (I've tried them with and without the adapter to make sure it's a cable and not an adapter). I switched my car charger from wireless to wired for my Galaxy S7 (mainly due to heat issues). The cable in my car is easy to connect and disconnect, and if I forget the cable is connected when I pick up the phone (about 90% of the time), it disconnects quickly and without damaging the phone. The product is worth it for that alone. Highly recommended. And the added bonus is that there are USB and Lightning connectors, so one cable (or adapter) can support many different devices from Android, Apple, etc.
