I don't use them for major electrical systems but I found them great for audio equipment as a shovel, they are made from pure copper by cutting one of them and tinning it They do them very well in terms of corrosion resistance. They're not too harsh, but that goes for all copper plugs. The reason I prefer them over some other audio companies that sell spades is because it's a much cheaper option and is pure copper rather than brass which is less conductive. Be sure to check the clamp pin size on your device to make sure it fits. some Belden 10-2 speaker cables and they fit my speaker perfectly, they feel very good as they are crimped and it is almost impossible to unplug the cable from the connector. In terms of their intended use I would say they are an honest company and they crimp very well and I would recommend them. I also bought some of their quick connect terminals, they have worked great on the projects I have used them on.
