Review on Mia Collection Crossbody Women Satchel Tote by Terry Looks

I've had this bag for about 2 weeks. When I first received it, I was surprised at how big it is! Bought as an everyday bag. I wanted something that would look good and be big enough to fit in my wallet, phone, small makeup bag, etc. This bag met all my needs. However, the other day I noticed that one of the gold plates that attaches the straps to the handbag was starting to come loose. I'm so pissed. I don't know whether to return it or try to fix it. I like this bag so much I don't know how to handle it.
