I absolutely love this case, but there's just one thing I can't get over. Worst smell from the microfiber side. I put up with it for months thinking the smell would go away but it didn't. It smells like something died. I finally tried washing/soaking the case in morning soap and even after that it still smells awful. I got to the point of spraying it with different things and the smell just wouldn't go away. I want to try another one but I'm afraid to buy it again for fear I'll end up with another one that smells just as bad. Strange that there is only one negative review saying it smells bad. Maybe I just misunderstood? Maybe ours were in the same shipment and something really died in the box, haha? I just can't explain how bad it smells. It even leaves a scent on my hands after picking it up. UPDATE 6/25/2018 I contacted Becky with the Tech Vendor Revain team below and they sent me another one overnight to try again. I am pleased to report that this one no longer had the horrible smell it used to have and it must have been a bad batch. Updating my rating to 5 stars. Not only does this product fit my tablet best in my opinion, but the customer service is fantastic. Thank you Becky!
