You sent the wrong size! It was a last minute purchase and since it was Steve Madden we thought it was the right one. nope! The size on the box was a 9.5 but the size in the box was a 10.5. My nephew was a dancer and really wanted nice shoes so he darned them to make them work.
Pros
- take a few days to break in, they will cause heel blisters if you wear them too long initially
Cons
- May not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.
