Our son loves this desk! I love this drawer and the shelves for pens, pens and other storage items. The drink holder is also a great addition for water bottles. It seems extremely durable. And on the lowest level, my son's legs (who is quite small for his age) dangle a bit. But he can rest his feet on the support bar of the table. So I think if we take care of it, this table will last a very long time. The book stand is good and will be useful for future research projects. The light works great but it doesn't seem to stay in the mount. Maybe in the future they can make it screwable or do something to fix it better. It was easy to assemble, you just have to follow the instructions, and the support rod that goes under the seat didn't go through any of the holes. But I just scraped some of the paint off this side and gently pushed the hole in with a hammer.
