Well, I've had this pillow for a long time. Now I'm 29 weeks pregnant, here's my assessment: Super comfortable/firm, but like all pillows of this type, the head sinks a bit in the middle. Unfortunately, contrary to what some people have noticed, it's a long pillow so you can't take it apart.
