Overall I really liked this product, it was well made and I suspect it will last a while longer. My review is more about the installation. 1) Before doing anything, connect this new pan motor to the rear seat adapter and place the device in a fully upright position. This will save you a lot of trouble in the future. 2) Remove the seat or seats. Attempt to carefully remove the electrical connectors attached to the seat. 3) If the seat has failed in the DOWN position. You must manually manipulate the old articulated auger to set the seat upright and access the screws and bolts that hold the unit to the seat. I had to smash the old gear that was attached to the seat with a hammer to be able to put a wrench on the worm and turn it manually. It took a while but I finally got it. If you have access to torque bits, use an impact wrench. This will make your life much easier when removing the hinge from the seat. My car was T30 Torque. 4) Reinstalled the seat the way I removed it. The function test was successful. Total time: 3.5 hours.
