They do the trick, but there are too many navy blue ones.
I bought these to add to a 14 inch ceramic Christmas tree that I painted. Overall I am satisfied with the product as it serves its purpose. But the color choice is a bit disappointing. As you can see, most of the 100 "highlights" are dark blue and pure toned. Dark blue doesn't look as good as other colors when lit, and transparent is just plain boring. The rest of the colors look great but really only 6 red out of 100 pens is a shame so I had to give them 3 stars. I hope everyone is lucky with their colors. :)
