Tighter than Boppie

I'm on baby #3. With baby #1 we have an original pillow that I mainly use for feeding. The Ingenuity pillow is slightly larger and the filling is much denser, making the pillow firmer and giving baby more support. I think you could probably cover it with a cotton cover, but it would be tight. It's also closer to my waist than the Boppy. For comparison: The Boppy in the photo is green with white spots.
