The Ingenuity pillow is slightly larger and the filling is much denser, making the pillow firmer and giving baby more support. I originally bought this pillow because it was waterproof but now I have a Brest Friend pillow which is not. I'm a size 14-16 and this pillow is very small and barely fits around my waist. When I use it on my daughter she rolls inward towards my tummy making it very difficult for her to feed. I use a pillow here and there when I need it, but I prefer another pillow that I have.
