Review on Complete Pregnancy And Labor Set - Tumaz Birth Ball With Peri Bottle, Yoga Strap, Non-Slip Socks, Instruction Poster, And Quick Foot Pump by Eddie Orrell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I highly recommend to get the items early in pregnancy!

I really appreciate all the products that came with the ball. They all came in handy!Anyway, the ball is a life savior when you have back pain. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the smell that comes out when inflating the ball. I had to go and inflate the ball outside because the smell was too strong and was giving me nausea. Ended up leaving the ball outside for 2 days untill all the smell dissapeared.Moms: you really need to do exercise before is too late and everything hurts. Believe me on this one! Exercise your pelvic floor, if you don't you end up but a lot of pain like me! DO NOT DO CRUNCHES. DO NOT DO THEM while you are pregnant. Consult a physiotherapist or search for good pelvic floor exercises.

Pros
  • I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I'm using the ball to help with pelvic pain, baby positioning and stretches.
Cons
  • May not be useful after pregnancy
