This is the part I needed for my car. If you had to buy that, it's most likely due to the annoying rumble of the original part. This is because there are plastic gears inside that will break over time. This part works like the original, but you can expect the same problem to return after the expected life if the gears are wasted. It's easy to install once you get to the under-dash location.
