Ordered an Extra Small based on measurements for my 6 lb Russian Toy Dog. The length of the back is perfect, the material seems very strong, BUT the velcro waist belt is not suitable for the male's "parts" and unfortunately leads to urine running into the coat! Yes, it is very important that urine does not do this and the solution is to simply make the waist belt section narrower. Since it's raining every day this week and I really like the quality of this raincoat, I'll take my scissors. and cut the waist belt to fit my toy dog. It's disappointing that this wasn't designed for male dogs.
