Rating of Big Kid shoes for adult women. I usually wear women's sizes 7.5-8 which should match big kids' sizes 5.5-6. / Black in size 6 and I could barely fit in. I chose the Big Kid size 7 as they didn't have a size 7.5 or 8. My toes are almost touching the forefoot, but I'm hoping the padding behind the heel flattens out a bit to allow my foot to move longer towards the toes. The width was comfortable for my average foot. I tried the women's version but found they run half a size smaller, a bit tight on the fingers and chafing. I've only worn them a few times but they are comfortable and well made. They were also $15 cheaper than the women's version. I would recommend them to women and would actually go back and buy another pair in black and white.
