i thought the leggings were entirely made of neoprene when i ordered them. the only neoprene material is the portion that covers the waist and hips. the rest of the leggings were spandex; not too opaque. also, the sizing seems pretty accurate. i ordered a large to size up per others comments, but i really need a medium. i'm 5'2", 130lbs with a 27" waist. it's a good price for what it is so i will return and get my right size.
