These sheep are cute at first, but after a few washes they quickly get dirty and lose their appeal. I wish I had thought of that before my son made him his lover. The other problem is that dangling hands are fine until they become a substitute for a source of lame associations (which we tried to break by first imagining a lover), and after a day or two they stink horribly and have to constantly to be washed and washing. again. In fact I couldn't handle the smell and the need to sanitize as we now have 6 of these damn things to sort out the bad ones and rotate our baby with others and that cost broke the bank. :-/. And since he used the hands as such, they are flat and ugly because the filling was smeared. I contacted the seller to share our concerns and ask for help, but they completely ignored my emails. :-( Very disappointing considering I have invested over $100 in them and don't know how long it will take my 18 month old baby to outgrow them?
