This unit has voltage regulation which I really like and it came very close to 24V from the factory. It seems it can deliver enough power although the Fan is on is not temperature controlled, it just runs at 100% speed once it gets to a fairly low temperature. The fan cycles on and off every few minutes and is too loud for an indoor installation. Also, when replacing the fan, the 2-pin fan connector is not properly connected. To use a 40mm Noctua fan (instead of the included 60mm fan as none of Noctua's 60mm fans will fit in this unit) you will need to swap the pins from the 2-pin to 3-pin Remove the pin adapter and reverse the polarity or cut loosen the protrusions and insert the connector in the opposite direction! I'm lucky that Noctua's 40mm fan has reverse polarity protection built in. With the 40mm fan running at maximum speed, the noise is more bearable, but still louder than we'd like. For future LED installations I will choose passive cooling.
