Most parts are of good quality. Same PSU as Openbuilds but cheaper

I'm glad I could get it cheaper than Openbuilds. I am using this power supply to build my Delta 3D printer. It looks nice and uses a couple of Rubycon caps, but it looks like the main filter caps are made by Taiwanese brand Lelon. It's listed as a brand to avoid on some "bad cap" forums, but everyone agrees it's okay. I'll keep an eye on it after some use to see how it goes. Worst case I can find and replace new caps.

Works perfectly. for internal components

My 3D printer had a 350w 24v power supply which worked most of the time but made a lot of noise at the 24v output when the bed heater was on Electrical noise distorted that Image on display multiple times and video from Raspberry Pi camera distorted. It wasn't a Mean Well power supply, but it was the same physical size and part number. This is a true Mean Well power supply, has no 24v noise when heating the bed and as a bonus it has a heat powered fan. My printer is now silent when not…

Great replacement for the Ender 3 power supply.

Great upgrade for the Creality Ender 3 (3D printer). Easy to install but requires printing a new holder as it is thinner than a standard PSU. The fan is quite noisy, but turns on and off when it reaches a certain temperature, so it's not spinning all the time (unlike the original PSU). Quiet at idle as it doesn't get too hot. Adding a 3D printed fan cover reduces fan noise. There was a slight gas formation at first, but this went away after a few days.

Fan at 50% and Pretty Loud (Prusa MK3 replacement)

Like G. Kuo, I use it as Prusa replacement. I very much regret it. Unlike G. Kuo, the fan runs regularly, which is unacceptable for my printer in the living room. However, the voltage is fairly stable (measured 70mV ripple on the output during printing). I bought an alternative unit (though at a significantly higher price) the UHP-500R-24, which doesn't have a fan, so it's guaranteed to be quiet. If I could return it I would, but I bought it a long time ago and only now had time to reassemble…

Good unit - noisy fan has no PWM control

This unit has voltage regulation which I really like and it came very close to 24V from the factory. It seems it can deliver enough power although the Fan is on is not temperature controlled, it just runs at 100% speed once it gets to a fairly low temperature. The fan cycles on and off every few minutes and is too loud for an indoor installation. Also, when replacing the fan, the 2-pin fan connector is not properly connected. To use a 40mm Noctua fan (instead of the included 60mm fan as none of

Works to control the LED lighting in my house.

Newly built home was purchased in 2018, the custom builder installed multiple LED lights throughout the home (under kitchen cabinets, around the ledge in the master bedroom, lights under the sofa outside and a few others) and had similar power supplies in operation all lights. One of the three PSU fans failed and I replaced all three as they seemed pretty cheap. I've never wired anything like this before, but it was pretty easy. I also grabbed a cheap voltmeter to make sure the power supply is…

This is a GREAT power adapter

I bought cheap universal Chinese power adapters. They worked fine until they did. They failed because the NTC thermistor had a lower current rating than the fuse, so the NTC thermistor failed. Not a great design. In addition, the cheaper PSU did not have overcurrent protection circuitry, allowing the PSU to be safely operated beyond its ratings until it failed. I bought the Mean Well power supply at a premium price. And it was definitely worth it. NTC is the right size. And active overcurrent…
