This is more than I expected. My friend has a smart scale so I ordered one. That's cool. The app was easy to download, I fill in some information and then turn it on. The instructions make it sound like it might be difficult to stand on (foot position) so I tried 4 times. It was exactly the same every time. I was surprised at how easy it was to use, with almost no human error. The readings are easy to see on screen but that doesn't matter as they are automatically updated and saved on my phone. From there I can see current weight, past weight, BMI and goals set. And other functions. So glad I bought this. This is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their fitness or just keep track of their daily weight.
