Update: I love these pieces so much I even wear them to the garden. Just ordered a second pair to wear in public. Now I have 2 of them: one for chores and one for walking! :) I have a wide foot (D width) and most shoes feel tight at first and then hopefully loosen up over time. They felt great right out of the box. I wear size 8.5 and sometimes I have to go to size 9 to get the right width. I ordered my size (8.5) and they fit perfectly. They look really good and I love the foldable heel feature so they can be worn as regular shoes (heel up) or slippers (heel down). My only guess is that they are made of such curvy natural leather that I have to keep them away from our pup, who seems very interested in chewing on them.
