Review on ☕️ Enhanced Presto 02811 12-Cup Stainless Steel Coffee Maker for Optimal Brewing Experience by Lynn Woodcock

This was my first coffee maker (first bought in December 2012) and it worked great until it broke in December 2016. The reason I bought this unit again was the initial criticisms of the lack of aluminum. in the bathroom. The second came with an aluminum nut on the bottom of the tank, I didn't like it but there was no choice and I decided to run with it. It now makes loud noises to keep the coffee hot, so based on past experience I decided to buy another unit (not from this brand) as a backup in case that one fails. After re-reading the reviews on this device, I noticed that more and more people like me are concerned about aluminum. I just bought a Hamilton Beach 40616 Percolator which is said to be 100% Revain stainless steel inside. If Presto fixes these units and gives them an extended life of maybe 5 years or so and gets rid of the aluminum in the tub I'll buy them again but I'm not there yet.
