Pain Relief Massage Balls

I still have to get used to it. I noticed a slight relief during use and even afterwards. I use it frozen but make sure to leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes and not directly on the skin. I have gluteal tendonitis and hip osteoarthritis. It's slow to get relief, but it's working for me.

Pros
  • Heat & Cold Therapy: Place the Body Back Glacier Ball in the freezer for two hours for up to 6 hours of ice-cold relief to reduce swelling and inflammation. Place in warm water for heat therapy. Great for tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, myofascial release, inflammation and more.
