It's a bit comfy but what do you expect? It's not a Tempurpedic mattress, just an air mattress. I'm going through the early stages of adulthood where I moved out of my house at the last minute and into an unfurnished room. I needed something fast and that was the product. This is normal and will self-deflate about every 3-5 days, you just need to add more air. What prompted me to write this review is that I have had this product for a month and five days (as of August 2018) and this morning I discovered that the air mattress has a hole in it! Just a tiny hole but enough air came out to deflate. Unfortunately, according to the disclaimer in the user manual, the warranty is only valid for thirty days after purchase. So I just glued on duck tape and it worked beautifully. I'm giving it three stars because I've had a couple of nights where I slept great and there were nights where it just didn't work for me. But come on, like I said, it's not a Tempurpedic, it's just an air mattress.
