While the right earpiece is apparently the "primary" of the two, it turned out that the service center accepted the improper discharge of that earpiece as the regular operation of the gadget. Now here's the catch: if it's the main one, then why am I still using the left "not the main" earphone after the main one has been discharged for at least another hour or two? Since it hasn't been 14 days after the purchase, I could return the headphones to the retailer, but I liked the way they looked and wanted to keep them after the right earpiece's warranty repair or replacement. My headphones only have one benefit: the left earphone operates for a long time. Their sound quality is a C on a scale of 1 to 5. When speaking on the phone, I did not discover any benefits using three mics. One of these days, I intend to accompany them to the store. I'm adding an unfavorable evaluation.
