The backlight is dimmable. It's not too loud. Except for space, there is no exposed spring under the keycaps. If desired, the keys pop out with little effort. It's just a friction lock to hold the keys, so overdoing the removal of the keys is probably not a good idea. Left Control + Left Shift does not work. I often use LCtrl-LShft-Esc. This key combination hasn't worked since I bought this keyboard. It works when I combine RCtrl+RShft or L and R. Other combinations like LCtrl+LShft+P will not work to open private browsing in Firefox. Not to mention the impact on the game. I'm not a fan of parallel keys/shift keys on the display. It was totally confusing at first. I had to rely on my muscle memory to get the punctuation marks and brackets I needed. Non-shift left, shift key right is displayed on the key. I'm not a fan of the stenciled writing on the keys. For a keyboard that advertises anti-ghosting, losing use of LCtrl + LShft combinations is unacceptable. As a backlit keyboard for general use, it is suitable in most cases (except when using LCtrl + LShft).
