I bought this camera a few months ago for use in a building under construction. Construction was delayed until I could return this camera. I tried setting up my account. The user ID must be between 5 and 32 characters long. I tried using my email address as the user ID. It didn't help and I got an error message saying the ID must be between 5 and 32 characters. My email address meets these criteria. It turns out that no special characters are required, but they didn't mention it. The company name is not in any literature. The model number of the camera is also missing. There is no way to contact the manufacturer or the company that sold the camera. The amazing literature (amazing and not in a good way) that comes with the camera says to hit the reset button if it won't connect to WiFi. You didn't say where the reset button is. I found him but he has not been identified. I squeezed and let go. Nothing has happened. I had to hold it down for over 15 seconds before I heard a voice say "Factory Reset". At the moment the camera is not even suitable for anchoring a boat, it is not heavy enough. The only reason this camera got 1 star is because zero stars is not an option.
