I like that it is very easy for me to set up email archive rules in order to create specific folders within my mailbox which are automatically archived by EMAILARCHIVE server when certain criteria are met (date created/modified).
It's easy enough so anyone new can figure out how they work relatively quickly too! Not much at this point but there could be more options as far as configuration goes - maybe some sort of GUI tool? The benefits are mainly reduced storage requirements since we only have 1 copy instead of 2 copies per user folder plus increased security with full access control features through our organization file share network.
