I was expecting to really like this hub but instead I am returning it. I'm completely confused by this---I never expected a hub to not be entirely obvious (and I've used many), but even after reading the (rare) instructions I'm stumped. The device claims a bandwidth of 100W, but then the iconography on the device is unclear on the laptop's output port, and the instructions state that this port is "for charging only". What does that mean? Well unfortunately it seems to mean what it sounds like: it's for charging the phone or something, because when I connect it to my laptop the laptop (XPS-13) doesn't register any input at all. So if it says "charge only" as the instructions say, what is "100w pass"? I'd like to know what I'm misunderstanding, but I don't understand how to do it and at this price you can't stay confused.
