Great for most new laptops or Android phones

I started using it for my work PC along with a USB-C PD power adapter. It passes through the DisplayPort signal coming over USB C, adds Ethernet, USB A and other ports. This is a simple 1-cable docking station. I ended up getting another one that better suited my specific needs (saving me the display dongle and adding an SD slot), but then it turned my relatively old Samsung S9+ into a media controller for my DAC. A simple single USB-C does the same thing for this phone, allowing me to connect…

Love it! in Computers and Accessories

I put this behind my laptop and it's been working fine for 2 weeks. With a MacBook Pro 16' and a 2k (60hz) screen, that's all I need. Needs and more, Virtually no lag that I see in everyday use, charging is fast and works well, no additional tech was required and the cables were easy enough to implement. The only downside is the base which doesn't look like it will fit on the dock as it's practically a brick, it can go both up and down and in both cases it feels like the base will constantly…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Something different

It quickly changed one of the ports on my Macbook

It seemed to work fine and support 4k@60Hz but over time in less than a week it messed up a port on the MacBook. They sent it back quickly and didn't want to risk a replacement.

Cons
  • Some little things

BAFFLED Docks

I was expecting to really like this hub but instead I am returning it. I'm completely confused by this---I never expected a hub to not be entirely obvious (and I've used many), but even after reading the (rare) instructions I'm stumped. The device claims a bandwidth of 100W, but then the iconography on the device is unclear on the laptop's output port, and the instructions state that this port is "for charging only". What does that mean? Well unfortunately it seems to mean what it sounds like…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

Perfect complement to my Mac Book and iPad Pro

I was looking for a hub that can be used with an iPad, MSI Windows laptop or Mac Book and with a 4K monitor. A key attribute is the ability to use a 100W USB-C power adapter for the hub and then plug in any other devices, which will then be powered by the hub. It does! Plus, any of these computers can drive a ViewSonic 4K monitor! The rest of USB 2's features are useful, but this satisfied my main use case. One more thing – the documentation is very good. 85w PD not 100w for laptops Accessories

I used this with my working 16" Macbook Pro connected to a 100w charger. The system report says it's getting 85 watts. Tested with my X1 Nano, Lenovo Vantage also reported 85W. This makes sense as it could be a more active dock and draw more power, but when you're thinking of getting all 100 watts for your Macbook Pro, it's not. The only other thing I can think of to do that 100w push is Dell's proprietary 130w for their XPS, but this thing basically doesn't work properly with anything other…
