I can really tell the difference when I wear them and stare at my laptop monitor all day. I bought these to make sure blue light is a real problem and after testing these cheap glasses I can say with confidence that blue light is the problem. I'm better at reading text on a screen. Now it feels like I'm reading a book! The only problem is that the plastic is a bit cheap and you can feel it. The lenses are good but get dirty very quickly. Now that I've been using them for about a month I'm going to get a pair from my eye doctor.
