3rd clock - 3rd failure

Our original watch worked great, but the strap broke after about 3 months. I was able to contact the watch manufacturer's support team and they quickly sent out a free replacement. The second watch failed to keep time within a week of receipt so the other watch was sent free of charge. clock and it also stopped keeping time. Thinking it was a battery issue we ordered and replaced the battery ourselves, but after a minute or two it became clear that the watch just wasn't working. It's just bad design. I will switch to another brand.

Pros

Easy to set up and change the time, just like any analog clock, it's pretty durable.

Cons

Some customers have reported that the soft watch strap wears out or breaks easily, which can be frustrating for both kids and parents.
