It was immediately apparent that the packaging was in poor condition. After opening, my rug has a very curved corner that I was able to straighten, but it also has a few deep ridges on the black side. Luckily the green side wasn't scored so I can still use the mat. I also miss all the extra blades for the exacto knife. I checked the small bag in the package but couldn't find it. It is likely that they fell out in transit. However, the things I received worked pretty well. The carpet is thick and strong, the knife cuts well. I have to say the line is a little flimsy, but I was planning on updating it pretty soon anyway.
