It holds quite a bit of weight which is good although I wish it was a bit wider. The massage nubs and magnets are quite uncomfortable, but they help stretch your back and help with back pain. Assembling is pretty easy too. It looks fragile, but it isn't. I'm impressed and would recommend it. To be safe, always check with your doctor before attempting this if you have any serious back problems or health concerns.
