At the moment it's the most comfortable of the very best materials, unfortunately the wrist size isn't up to the norm and when it wraps around the hand it's very loose. I'm six and a half inches on my wrist so I ordered a large and a medium. Big came first I want to go back because unfortunately it is very loose around my arm and I have a severe carpal tunnel stage on my left wrist that needs surgery and I have to take a lot of medication and I'm trying to find something that fits my wrist, while i work because i work in telecom. I really hope the middle one fits well but I'm worried the rest will be too tight because the large one was too tight but I might as well just take it where it was ok. I think I'll update my review when I get it tomorrow. It is important that it fits snugly against your thumb and hand as this pressure actually helps affect blood flow and pressure in your hands. While wearing the large one for a day, I had to use a rubber band to secure the top so it would be more effective in relieving the pain. I really hope they redesign this product because I really see the potential in it and I see that if they just loosen the wrist a bit and also tighten the top around the arm it will be the best product out there. two people with sensitivity and the strength that the velcro has, there really is no need for the material part of the wrist to be so small and tight. Update: The middle one fits snug and perfect, but the velcro is not wide enough and still allows wrist movement and doesn't fully protect the wrist. This product is great for extra support for minor injuries but I can't use it all the time and need to switch to a heavier stabilizer.
