Great tool but still learning curve
I like that you can see everything with one page, so there are no pages to go through when looking for candidates.
Sometimes it takes too long before we get any results from our search terms. It's not always clear what type of candidate each person in your team will be searching for or how they'll filter their searches over time. Make sure everyone understands this process well! We have been able to hire people who were previously difficult to reach into companies because of internal processes around hiring.
Pros
- Great interface
- Can upload multiple resumes at once (very helpful if submitting large volumes)
- Search function is very useful ability find exactly which job title/location matches my needs.
- Ability connect directly within LinkedIn account without having separate login required
- The mobile app works excellent as an alternative way
