Arrived quickly. Opened the packaging and followed the assembly instructions. I noticed that the display doesn't show a letter, so it's not configurable. I wrote to support on Saturday evening and received a response within 12 hours. Asked for my order number and show photo if possible. They also said that they will definitely send a new block. The new block appeared on Tuesday. This one works perfectly and is a good device and does what it promises. They said to leave the broken block. I use for am/fm radio in garage. Excellent customer service. Would buy from them again.
