I was a little apprehensive about assembling the pom poms, but it was actually as easy as following the instructions that came with them. Basically you need to fold along the given lines, wrap the included wire around the center, and then separate each layer. The larger ones can take a while (about 10 minutes each) and I think they're harder to make than looking smoother/rounder compared to the smaller ones. Bought it to decorate for a baby shower. We used thin white cords to hang them from a chandelier of different lengths. Looked pretty nice, if I may say so. Obviously, once assembled, they're difficult to store, so they're likely to just be thrown away. The colors look the same as in the pictures. All in all, I'm glad I bought them.
