Be prepared to fold them like an accordion and tie them yourself. While I understand this is a craft and (in general) people who decorate with tissue paper have a desire to do it themselves, the folding was a little painful. Other companies will send you a product that all you have to do is separate and fluff.

They're so cute, but it took a long time to put them together. It wasn't as easy to fluff it up as I thought it would be. You should actually say fabric and then down. The end result was worth it, just make sure you plan ahead so you have time to put them together. I'm saving mine for our next party.

It was easy and fun. The pompoms look exactly like the picture on the packaging. If you follow the instructions you shouldn't have any problems. I give 5 stars for the easy assembly and the beautiful look. This was my first time buying and trying pom poms. They serve as a decoration for a children's holiday. I would buy them again.

I hate you, Martha Stewart. The "precut lines" of my *ss are simply sheets of tissue paper with jagged edges that you have to fold 1000 times, tie together with wire that's too short to use as a hanger, and then stretch without the tissue paper to tear . . Not easy. I'd rather throw my next kid's birthday party into an empty warehouse than ever collect pom poms like that again.

I've since reused them for a bachelorette party and a little girl's birthday party. They're hard to make (you buy a set, not assembled pompoms), but if you can prevent the paper from tearing when you put them together (which isn't easy), they'll last a long time. I just put them in a box with the rest of the decoration and kept them in the garage.

These pom poms are super easy to make and don't need to be fanned out perfectly to make a perfect pom pom! :-) BE CAREFUL WITH THE PACKAGING! The glue they use to seal plastic envelopes is very sticky and will tear the fabric if it comes into contact with it - I learned this lesson twice the hard way! I suggest throwing away the packaging immediately after removing the tissue paper to avoid a potential disaster.

I'm not a fan of this. First, they are tiny. After fluffing up, they were only between 7 and 8 inches tall. They were marked medium so I was expecting 10-12 inches, especially since one of the Q&A says 12 inches. Another thing is that the fabric is incredibly thin. They broke several times.
