Description of MICHELIN X-Ice North 4 225/45 R17 94T winter

The MICHELIN X-Ice North 4 studded tire provides a high level of braking and handling on ice, and at the same time has a low noise level. The Michelin X-Ice North 4 is a replacement for the 3rd generation model of the same name, which managed to hold out on the market for as long as 5 years. Most of this time, Finnish tire manufacturers have been developing a new tire that was created from scratch. This allowed her to surpass her popular predecessor in all major performance properties. One of the key innovations was the increase in the number of spikes. Depending on the standard size, now there...

My money wasted, product is terrible.

after the first, the front spikes were bent, although the rubber on the rear axle was not bent and put them forward for season 2, but after the second season I was in ah. E. there were almost no spikes left on both wheels in front, only the base was visible, although the rubber had passed and the correct break-in and the recommended pressure was, I passed it for examination, they sent an answer, and the dealer immediately said when I handed it over that 50,000 mileage for rubber was normal and…

Pros
  • Good for the first 30,000 runs, after 50,000 you can throw it away
Cons
  • Shearing spikes after the second, warped after the first season, with proper break-in

Disgusting, will never recomend it for anybody!

trapped by 19goda's advertising from every crevice praising north4, what a waste of resources. I'll keep waiting until either the tires or the car are dead.

Pros
  • tread pattern typical of a given brand
Cons
  • First, there weren't 30 spikes on each tire after the first season of 19-20. the advantage of less snow has not been a letdown thus far, though. Second, it snowed in Hong Kong and the surrounding area during the winter of 2021; the snow was light enough that you could see the car's seams through the white stuff; snow porridge brings it like on summer or friction tires from a spot to get going. This is a whole narrative where not even GPS or an electronic assistant can aid you; you need all-wheel drive.

High-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

After leaving the first set for four years, I've already purchased a second one. One tire had a screw in it, so I changed it even though driving was still possible with the majority of the spikes in place. I didn't even consider alternative tires when I bought them, even though I traveled frequently and might have. Despite current prices, it still perfectly justifies itself. Such tires do not exist in terms of comfort or safety.

Pros
  • best tire available
Cons
  • price

Quality at zero, very sorry for the money spent.

Right off the bat, let it be known that I am a huge MICHELIN supporter and have been for over a decade. Being a cautious driver, I was initially taken aback by how quiet and comfortable these tires were, as well as how effectively they gripped the road. I upgraded from a MICHELIN X-Ice North 3 to a North 4 last year. I purchased it in Hong Kong from the Koleso. Ru store. At first, there was a loud thorny sound as we drove along, but as is often the case, the moment we hit the rubber, the…

Pros
  • Excellent grip in the snow.
Cons
  • Extremely unsettling! Strange commotion in the car! Comparing the MICHELIN X-Ice North 3 to my worn-out tires is pointless.

Not a bad purchase, worth the money.

Noisy in moderation, although there are options noticeably quieter. At the moment, the price is very high, the tires are far from premium. Pros: Reliable winter tires. On snow and on ice it's fine. Good braking and normal start. Some cons: At temperatures near or above zero, sometimes the lateral deformation is too noticeable, which affects the handling in corners badly. We have to constantly remember this moment.

Extremely determined, even the asphalt can't keep up with the summer Michelin Primacy 4's slipping ability. After two full seasons of driving (in a BMW 3 GT), it has been reduced by one-half. However, it is not of vital importance. The best tires for the winter have not been met, and they are worth the money.

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

It has a good look, and it's surprisingly quiet for spikes, and it's comfortable. The management is quite precise, and it little differs from the summer! has its drawbacks, including the reputation of the earlier model, but I'm hoping that they've improved it.

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

It has a nice appearance, and it is surprisingly quiet and comfortable for spikes. The management is quite precise, and it little differs from the summer! Some cons: The prior model's stellar reputation, but I really hope they've addressed the issue.

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

Some advantages include their good looks, relative quietness, and plush feel. The management is quite precise, and it little differs from the summer! has its drawbacks, including the reputation of the earlier model, but I'm hoping that they've improved it.

Great product, a pleasure to use.

Got pros: Superb performance at any speed and on any surface, including ice, snow, and asphalt. Consists of: If you can even call it a disadvantage, studded tires have a tendency to rumble at speeds more than 120 miles per hour.
