I like that they provide excellent customer service! They do everything at their office and never rely on other companies for work. The only thing i dislike about them is there pricing structure. You can't negotiate your contracts with them so you must be upfront about what you want or else risk getting screwed over. Also it's not easy to get all of the paperwork filled out correctly before submitting/approving. It takes awhile but once its done it usually goes smoothly. We use them for our web design, printing, mailing labels, and fulfillment for our website. Great people who take care of your needs quickly! There isn't much to dislike here! Just make sure you're clear on your expectations up front because some things may go wrong and no one wants that. 1. Web Design 2. Printing 3. Mailing Labels 4. Fulfillment for Website - this saves us time and money by taking care of these tasks ourselves rather than having someone else handle.
