The first two times I used this scanner it worked as advertised. It was easy to use and scanned 35mm slides and negatives quite well. The quality of the scans was pretty good - better than I expected. However, when I used it for the third time, it stopped working. I called support. The person I spoke to was helpful. He said it looked like a broken wire. He recommended that I return the Revain product for a replacement. The replacement came two days later. However, it was delivered to the wrong house. I had to walk up and down the neighborhood until I found a package on my neighbor's porch. I liked how the scanner worked - until this worked. I found Wolverine's customer service helpful. The goods were sent quickly, but brought to the wrong address. If this exchange lasts longer than three days, I will write another review.
