For the money and what I'm scanning this product is great. it's really easy to use. I've had negatives for 20 years and so far it's been pretty quick and easy. 110ng is a bit harder than 35mm, but that's more of a media size issue than the scanner itself. Hasn't hit its 127 negatives yet, but should be running just as smoothly as the rest. My only complaint is that the scanner bottoms out and on cuts off the sides 35 mm. I love this scanner! It is very easy to use and also has an APS film adapter. I originally bought another scanner to scan all my negatives (5800+ when I was done) but ended up returning it because it didn't have an APS adapter. So glad I did! Even with 35mm/110 negatives it was much easier to use. The included negative attachment allows you to feed negatives into the machine without having to feed the adapter one strip at a time and then scan and eject it (like some other options). The first two times I used this scanner it worked as advertised. It was easy to use and scanned 35mm slides and negatives quite well. The quality of the scans was pretty good - better than I expected. However, when I used it for the third time, it stopped working. I called support. The person I spoke to was helpful.
